Health, Safety & Conduct
- Guests must follow safety guidelines, local laws, instructions of guides and authorities.
- We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury caused by negligence or non-adherence to rules.
- If any traveler behaves in a disorderly manner, the company may withdraw services without refund.
Liability Disclaimer
- We act as a facilitator between travelers and independent service providers.
We are not responsible for:
- Natural calamities, strikes, or unexpected events
- Loss or damage to luggage/personal belongings
- Flight/train delays, cancellations, or schedule changes
Photography & Media
- During tours, photographs/videos may be taken for promotional purposes.
- If you do not wish to be included, please notify us in writing before the tour.
